Zael><EXE Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Looking for a new Visual Novel, that would be reasonably long, fun to read, and would be similar to HoshiMemo (Hoshizora no Memoria). Quote
Stanleys Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 So you are looking for what? A school life/comedy/romance VN? Sorry, just want to get the right ones Quote
Zael><EXE Posted November 13, 2013 Author Posted November 13, 2013 More a romance type of novel. Quote
Stanleys Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Alright Da Capo 1, 2, and 3 Little Busters Kanon Grisaia no Kajitsu Deardrops KonoSora Wind: A breath of Heart Quote
Zael><EXE Posted November 13, 2013 Author Posted November 13, 2013 Many thanks, friend, I'll take a look at all of these and find which stirs my tastes best. =) Quote
Yukiru Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 i haven't read Hoshimemo, but Grisaia fits the school life/romance/comedy pretty well. Quote
Zael><EXE Posted November 13, 2013 Author Posted November 13, 2013 I think I'll try Grisaia out next. Quote
shcboomer Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 Grisaia is a bit more than just a romantic VN, it's a bit far from Hoshimemo and a lot more serious. You also have to account for the two sequels as well. Quote
Sioxz Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 grisaia haves shitloads off BAD comedy according to me but try it and get your own opinion well i don't like the MC in general in grisaia but you can try readin EF the first tale and then are the latter tale realesed by MG soon Quote
Mevvrynne Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 If you can read Japanese or understand it for the most part I can give quite a few recommendations, but for now I can throw out Hinatabokko, it's very cute and I thoroughly enjoyed it. And yes the Da Capo series is 100% something you would want to look into if you want romance/school life. You can also try G-Senjou no Maou, it's school life is very lacking, but the romance is there, and the plot is FANTASTIC. And by some chance if you haven't for some god awful reason, read Clannad, just do it. Quote
hilbi Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 I would recommend: - Yume Miru Kusuri - Clannad - Katawa no Shoujo - Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shoujo - Majikoi (Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai) Quote
