Help with Nscript 2 (.ns2) repacking

I have been able to successfully decrypt an ns2 file and modified some text. I would now like to repack it into a new ns2 archive, so that the game will render my new text.

But I cannot find how to do this step. Can anyone help me? What tools do I need for this?

I have tried Garbro, but Garbro doesn't seem to support creating ns2 files.

I have not tried it, but there is an official tool.
