How to completely extract cst files to txt files?

I used several tools(like this and this) to extract the Catsystem2 cst files in the scene.ini,

But they only extract the scenario from the cst files, I can't get the command lines in the script

Actually,I want to extract some useful information from the command line (like the correspondence between text and speech),

But I can't find a way to solve it.
