If she did then... wouldn't it be easy to get rid of Ougi? Unless both of them cooperates... but then we already know that Ougi tried to kill Kaiki in Monogatari and that Izuko is closely related with Kaiki from their senpai-kouhai relationship.... well from Tsuki we know that Ougi in the end will face against Araragi but what about the rest? Kaiki, Kagenui and Ononoki, Meme who's been missing since Bakemonogatari.....

Since the next series will be Kizu I feel like it won't reveal anything on Ougi and more of just the backstory of Meme and Kiss-shot. Maybe we can get reasons on why Meme disappeared for so long...

He/she is basically the final boss of the series.

 

Wether they are a girl or a guy is never revealed but you can assume that they are likely to be a guy with this as in that light novel Araragi starts turning into Ougi after wearing their school uniform (despite the school uniform being that of a girl's).
