Anime title

I need help to find a anime since I can't remember the title. 

Here it's what I remember about it. 

It's about a girl so fall in love with a blond hair boy(I think she it's 13 years old) and the boy are in boy band along with another boy so have black hair, she want to follow the blond hair boy and start learn to sing. She have something so look like a cat. 

Please help me find the anime. 

I want to watch it again.
