Chaos;Head VN start problem (SOLVED)

Hi guys

I have a little problem with the Chaos;Head VN downloaded from the site... I downloaded it with torrent, but when i tried to start it i got this error 

 

 

I can't start the installation process for the visual novel... I have directX 11 so i think that's not the problem... I tried to run it on Windows 7 32 bit

Do you know why i get this error?

Just for the formality, do you have Japanese locale?

 

If yes make SURE you have admin rights.

Also from the front page: If possible avoid running apps or other background programs while installing/playing.

 

Other common solutions for Chaos;Head crashes:

1) Update DirectX (just check if DirectX is updated for the sake of it)

2) Update your video card’s drivers.  (Check for updates on your video card's drivers' software)

3) Download and install the latest audio/video codec packs (this is often related to the intro video not playing and stuff so it shouldn't be your issue)

 

I can't read Japanese so i don't know what the error box is saying, maybe someone else can.

・ディスプレイモードがフルカラーに対応していない
・ご使用されているグラフィックボードがDirectX9.0cに対応していない.
・グラフィックドライバが古い、または異常がある

 

 

 

Cannot create Direct3D device.

It maybe because of the following reasons

 

・Display mode doesn't support full-color

・GPU doesn't support DirectX9.0c

・Graphics driver is outdated or corrupted

Thanks it works now. I updated the graphics driver
