A 'Submit your news' to the frontpage of Fuwan?

I was thinking,

is it possible to implement a way for bloggers to submit their own news to the frontpage of Fuwanovel?

So kind of like Animenano (http://www.animenano.com/) except, their submitted item runs on our frontpage.

But if possible, not limited to just blog posts, perhaps forum posts as well.

I was thinking about the possibility of submitting an RSS feed too.

I think that would encourage a lot of people to write about VNs in their own time. and as reward, ppl get free publicity. Not much publicity... but it's better than nothing.

And if some fan translator, for some unknown reason, wants to submit updates to their own projects, they can. Just slap it onto the frontpage! Useful for announcements.

I think a tumblog would suit this case mostly. People can submit to a tumblog and there can be more contributors to a group page. I know I said I'd do it but I barely had time, unfortunately exams are coming and I can't do much about it.. but I have a good idea about the layout, I just need a few days straight and it will be up and running.
