Anyway Da Capo 1 Expansion Can Be Translated Fully?

I know it is licensed to Manga Gamer but they really haven't done the expansion (and I doubt they ever will since it was released by them in 2008).  Is it possible if someone could translate the expansion bit and make a patch for it that adds on to Da Capo that Manga Gamer is selling to attempt to avoid a C&D like what happened years and years ago?

and fuwanyan don't translate stuff but there is people here that may or may not help you in your quest for da capo goodness but this require you self to be activ in the TL team (which i know not many are they just want work done for free in an instat this may not be your intention but i have seen cases like this before)

Oh it doesn't matter how long it takes...I can't do much cuz I know next to nothing about Japanese save for 100ish kanji and Hiragana.  I could try paying but I'm a student so I don't got that much money.

I am a fan of Nemu and not Kotori.  I tried Da Capo Innocent Finale and although it was good, I didn't like how it was focused solely on her.

 

The best I could do is edit the English version is it is translated.

Just a bit annoyed that the game expansion was C&Ded when somebody was willing to work on it and finish the whole thing and there was no intention of releasing the expansion fully translated.  I felt the same way with AIR but thankfully it got translated.  It isn't really an obsession...more like I am a bit annoyed with the way things are working out for businesses vs independent translators.  Companies can take an existing script from a game that is C&Ded and finish it and sell it on the market like a few other visual novels that were close to completion and I would be willing to pay the money since the translator's intentions were just to make the game accessible to the english market.

Yeah I knows -_- I'd be willing to risk it as long as I delete this thread if someone was willing to start it.  I'm sure the company wouldn't like it if they got their hands on this thread but I'm sure NOBODY will go and tell them what I want to do... >_<

The partial patch I have right now on Da Capo PC...it kinda sucks how part of it was cut on purpose when it is a perfectly good patch...I wonder what happened to the original translator anyways?

Plus Communication is much better than Regular edition... i freaking love Izumiko's route... Alice no comments.

A lot of text in those 2 versions are very alike. Wouldn't take much work copying some scripts from Regular edition translated by mangagamer. Would need to convert the script to MUS though (Circus GRA format).
Have a lot of extra routes though. But most not very long. Sometimes you feel like they just added the lines for teh Lulz.

But imho, if someone would translate a Da Capo title, would be better D.C.II P.C... the new contents comparing with regular version are insanely imcoparable [inception] (inclusively because Aisia... Damn cute loli). [DCIIPC being better is opinion based, not a fact]

That's some bad luck you got there^^" Playing one of the best routes first. But most of the other new routes are nearly as good as Erika's.

I have to agree. I didn't play D.C.P.C but the new content in D.C.II P.C. makes the game really good & even better if you liked it anyway.  But a translation of the first P.C. would be cool, too^^
