Came across this new kickstarter for a giant  robot VN game and it looks really interesting:

Though I must say I've never heard of the guy making it or his works.  Anyone here familiar with either?

I saw this yesterday. The fact it's being released for free doens't give me much incentive to donate just yet. Still, I'm intrigued by it. A little more and I'm sure I'll give a little.

Not a big fan of robots so it's not my thing to invest on, i'll check it out if they get funds though just in case~

I like the graphics and interface, which usually doesn't happen for western made vn's.

 

The pictures in the kickstarter make it seem like the game has a bit of everything, which is hard to resist but also makes me concerned about the execution. In any case, I think the structure they are going for has a ton of potential.

I've grown a bit more skeptical about this game after playing some of the betas the devs released to the kickstarter backers though. I felt the story didn't quite live up to my expectations and the gameplay was way too imbalanced, unpolished and just kinda boring.

 

Still, that was in march that I played that beta. Hopefully they will have ironed out most of the flaws by July.
