Rewrite start problem

Are you running your computer with Japan system locale? (link to instructions): Yes

Game Name: Rewrite
Description of Problem: Basically nothing happens after i start sigulusengine. Everything was ok when i played it for the first time few months ago. I tried downloading gajinhack and after i try to start the game with it it shows: http://i.imgur.com/68SCUyO.png One of my friends have same problem so i guess its something wrong with the torrent?
Your Operating System: Wndows 7 (i dont think it matters because its the same computer i played it on before)
64 or 32 bit (link to how to find): 32
What did you already try? (Uninstall/Reinstall, Redownload, Run as admin, etc): Just tried to unpack it again and running as admin.
Did you download your game from Fuwanovel?: Yea

Download the Rewrite v3 upgrade, extract the files to your Rewrite folder and run Rewrite.bat.
