having troubles extracting root.pfs file

I did some research, and apparently GARbro does extract root.pfs files, but I can't manage to open this one. can anyone suggest any other way? This game was from Android and was ported to PC. I tried opening it with winRAR and 7zip as well. If anyone wants to check out the file, its this one: https://anivisual.net/stuff/17-1-0-4304

EDIT: just managed to unpack it using an old ver of GARbro (the latest update didn't let me archive this for some reason.) THANKS.
