OriginalRen Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Little Busters anime, OVA release. Didn't notice this before but look who popped up in the background: It's like playing "Where's Waldo?" all over again. Well played, well played. Quote
Nosebleed Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Holy crap i did NOT see that. This picture of haruka holding 2 eletric tooth brushes looks really perverted though.. Oh god my mind is awful. Quote
Zalor Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Who is that character that is the special appearance? Quote

OriginalRen Posted January 24, 2014 Author Posted January 24, 2014 I had way more fun with this than I should have, but I found her! Image #6 in this set was definitely a toughy: I was the best "Where's Waldo?" player in my neighborhood. U jelly? SieghartXx 1 Quote
Zalor Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I was the best "Where's Waldo?" player in my neighborhood. U jelly? You just reminded me that in grade school I had memorized the whole book and I would challenge random classmates. I would beat them with lighting speed until they realized it was a rigged game. Good times. Quote
Nosebleed Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Oh my god you sure have a lot of free time. Quote
OriginalRen Posted January 25, 2014 Author Posted January 25, 2014 Oh my god you sure have a lot of free time. I just went back and assumed she was in every scene with people in the background, and sure enough... Quote
Nosebleed Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Well good news is Little Busters EX premiers in 4 days so we don't have to wait long to see her. Unless they go with Sasami or Kanata's routes first.. Or some other weird format. Quote
InvertMouse Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Wow, that's some serious spotting work you did there. You would dominate all of them Where's Wally books XD! Quote
Flutterz Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 I'm kind of torn as to whether to watch EX, I've always read the VN first, and it always ends up being better than the anime. :/ Quote

Aniki Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 Graph of your enjoyment level with time if you go with Anime > VN| _____| /|___/|_________I disagree with this. Reading the visual novel after watching the anime would be a waste, since the excitement of the story has already been drained. Quote
Nosebleed Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 I disagree with this. Reading the visual novel after watching the anime would be a waste, since the excitement of the story has already been drained.I found the common route boring regardless but the character routes were more enjoyable than in the anime for me even after watching it and then reading the novel hence why the graph is true for me. I can see your point. I have the habit of reading a light novel even after watching the anime adaptation. I'm afraid I have contradicted my last statement with this one. Quote

Even though they are the same in essence you will always feel the difference. Quote

seventhfonist425 Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Screw anime, I'm playing the VN first. >.> To be honest, yeah, I'm with Flutterz on this one. I'm gonna wait til I can read the VN first before I watch the anime. I'll admit, yeah, I might enjoy it... but at the same time, I don't want to risk ruining my experience for it in the VN. I know it still may not ruin it, but I get the whole feeling during Refrain and everything. When I went through Refrain in the VN, it really did become a main reason why I loved the VN. While, sure, it was a first experience thing, I can't shake the feeling that for me to have loved it the way I did, I needed to have been exposed to it exactly the way the VN exposed it to me. The combination of it being extremely well-written, as well as the way the events played out the way they did really did make the impact on me a special one. So yeah. I don't wanna risk ruining that at all. Actual sorta spoilers here: No way I could've been the only one who chose "Save Everyone" when the options were between that and "Run with Rin." I honestly did think it'd be possible to save everyone... and the impact that hit me when it turns out... NOPE, sorry man, can't save everyone. I didn't know how the story was supposed to end. I really was devastated there, even more so when the ending credits started to roll after running with Rin. (Something the anime couldn't accomplish.) Quote
