Getting Captcha working on Mediawiki

Anyone know how to get Captcha or ReCaptcha working on Mediawiki?

I followed all the steps on http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ConfirmEdit

basically i put all the files in just like it says in the instructions and still not working

and i edited Localsettings.php like it says

but no Captcha appearing when i edit posts...

Going to try this alternative method now http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ReCAPTCHA

any help appreciated

nevermind i got some advice from Chronoes managed to get SimpleCaptcha working

Going to try one of the other Captcha's now.
