Corpse Party 2 and ITH?

Is there a way to make this work? After attaching it to the process, I don't get any text-- I was wondering if there were some settings to fix this, or am I out of luck with this one?

You probably need the h-code or user hook so that ith can find the text. iirc the way to apply it is to go to profile, select your process on the left, check Userhook0 and enter the code into the textbox.

But I think they're for the first corpse party, so they might not work.

It's good to check if you run the latest version of ITH. The later versions come with an updater that pulls the latest version. This is because they try to make it so ITH recognise all vn-engines and maybe they have fixed it for this game in later versions.

Hm, no good.

 

The only h-code I could find on the wiki page was for Blood Covered (I have Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient, which runs on a completely new engine).

 

I've tried messing with the HEX values to find the code myself, and while I was able to find the text, the software provided refuses to work with the game properly, so I can't really get any results from there either.

 

I guess this is just too different from a VN... thanks for the help, though.

 

Edit: No luck with Cheat Engine either, it keeps giving me ??? values. Oh well, guess I should work on my kanji.
