I've downloaded this VN and i want to play it badly, but when i try to run the app this happens:

I  tried that AND using applocale.

Hm... My game folder looks really different, yours doesn't seem to have any folders. Did you run the installer with Japanese locale or applocale, or did you just download the game folder as-is?
