Hoshizora no Memoria and Little Busters have nice loli routes, there's also Shizuru in Rewrite but her route is one of the weakest in the game, sadly.

But i also feel you should give a shot to Wanko To Kurasou (it has a lot of H-scenes in it but i liked it overall )
