The amnesia arc

The arc where they find the book

The Haru arc (though not as much)

The Yui arc

 

Everything else is pretty much unrelated.

Though I hated that last emphasis on Chitoge

Seems like the Marika antincs haven't stopped though, I want more!

 

Also I'm thinking  her sickness might actually become a relevant plot element soon, it's been shown twice in the last 10 chapters. Don't die Marika
