I have read now a few chapters with Haru and Paula. Nie side characters but nothing more...

 

Still Chitoge best girl and surprisingly Seichirou moved up in my ranking and is now on rank 2.

The rest included Haru... Like I said she's a nice side character, good for the comedy but nothing special. She's not the appealing to me in any way...

Can't say I really care for Yui at this point

 

it takes ages for the manga to introduce a new character and it also takes a few more ages for them to get properly fleshed out so it started bothering me a bit

I agree more or less with him. When a new character comes, the introduction to the character is usually wrapped up with fillers....

I don't really have a reason.

I just have the inability to hate anyone.

This goes with fictional characters as well.

Kinda get where you are coming from.... I mean I always say I hate that person but I really don't feel much.... Even people I really should hate.

If you end up liking Yui over Haru I don't know what to say.

 

Haru becomes nicer later on in my opinion when her character is developed. 

Initially she's just advertised as Kosaki's sister who hates Raku, but she becomes a lot better than that.

 

Meanwhile Yui is the reason Nisekoi's plot is not moving forward
