The whole thing revolves around her.

The plot advances whenever she's there.

And she's the reason why these characters slowly develop into who there are now.

What other reason might there be?

Eh Haru was never destined to be a main girl, we all know that.

She lives in the shadow of her sister, just like Tsugumi lives in the shadow of Chitoge.

 

Which is an awful thing since Haru is 100 times better than Kosaki.

 

But yeah she'll likely not have any major roles anymore, assuming the manga is coming to a closure.

 

If not then maybe she'll have some major arc at some point again, but she'll still just be "the love interest's sister" which really pains me.

Haru - Tsundere

In modern Japanese, deredere means exhausted lovestruck, (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsundere) or just plain lazing about.
"Dere dere suru" means to slack lazily.

 

Someone needs to go slap that person who gave the definition.
