Yes it does and it would be pulled in by earth's gravity, so moving it would be difficult since you'd need to first figure out a way to keep it floating above ground surrounded by a vacuum because even a bit of matter that it sucks up would make it grow significantly, and then figure out a way to produce another extremely powerful source of gravity in the direction you want to move it.

Another source of gravity powerful to move a blackhole sounds like another blackhole (or something extremly small and dense), so basically trying to manipulate a blackhole would lead us to doomsday.

Whoa. Why is this thread getting so big...? Well, I put down B+. My biology class in high school went over this, and I got to test my blood in class. We could tell based on how the blood reacted to some substance or whatever. It was 3 years ago, so I don't remember much about it now.

Why not get a surgery to make yourself a cyborg? That way you don't have to inject chemicals into your sentient body but into your synthetic one. Then you would glow.
