Hoshizora no Memoria full screen problem

When i play the game and set it on fullscreen it has black borders around it, on the left and right side, can i have real fullscreen with the game?

I searched it on the net but couldn't find an answer please help

That's the native resolution the game came with - the sort of fullscreen you're referring to would simply stretch the screen, which usually results in a lack of quality as a whole.

 

It's probably possible somehow, but the regular version has clearer images.

This thread has the menu translated if that helps. I think the the third option for screensize is the one you want.

 

Just tested, it isn't.  The third option reduces the pixel-ness while in fullscreen (Likely a smoother of some sort)

Guys this is not an actual problem. The game is designed like this.

Hoshizora no Memoria is in 4:3 proportions.

If your computer monitor is widescreen then the black bars will be there.

There's no way to remove them unless you set it in your graphic's cards software to stretch the window to fit your screen but that'll stretch the whole game which won't look nice (everything will get "fatter").

 

Sorry but the native resolution of hoshimemo is 800x600 which means for a computer with widescreen proportions the blackbars will bet here during fullscreen, there's no way around this.
