Never 7 crash (in starting room?)

Hi guys, i'm new here and i've been looking everywhere for a solution for this and there is little info about it and i ended up finding this forum.

So the game starts up, and reaches the 1st scene where u wake up at the start and meet the girl that enters, then suddenly at one line the game stops responding , an error window pops up and i am forced to close it. This always happens at the same sentence, before any of its words appear, however, one of the times i tried it, 2 words in that sentence appeared before crashing.

not sure of the cause of the problem, i downloaded a save file and tried loading it, it is somewhere ahead in the game near a sea or something, it all works fine until i appear again in that room, and one line in it at some point causes it to crash again with an error window.

any thoughts on this?

Hugh,I haven't read that Visual Novel,and I'm not good at fixing problems of something I don't know(The irony!)But here are some fixes from Fuwanovel:
-Due to the Never 7 specific software requirements it is highly recommended to install this xvid codec in order to prevent game crashes during the video playing.

Video files may not play properly. Try playing them in Windows Media Player. If they do not work there, you may need to uninstall K-Lite or install this.

If you are getting errors about libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll, grab this and put it in the Never7 directory.

If your game doesn't recognize all letters that are used in the script, these additional fonts might be helpful.If you are getting errors about msvcr100.dll, grab this and put it in the Never7 directory.

if no one else is having/had this problem, i will try downloading it again maybe i got some corrupt file,

Corrupted files with Utorrent?Hum,I seriously doubt it,but you could always try.Maybe if you post an image of the error,someone could help you.

Also,make sure your computer is set to Japanese.For some reason,that always fixes most of the errors I get when playing a Visual Novel.
