Is "Lamento's" translation dropped?

Well, I found Lamento's page in the main site, and there it says that the translation is at 75%. I looked on VNDB and the translation patch is listed as TBA. However, when I searched for it on google, I found out at VNTL that it was Dropped, and it doesn't appear on the list of current translations that was posted a few days ago on fuwa's site.

 

So, it was or wasn't dropped?

It was dropped years ago by one group and picked up by another, since. Its entry on the fuwanovel main site has a link to the current active translation project.
