I'd think the first H scene in Fate/Stay Night and then there's the one's in Harukoi Otome.

I found many of the Harukoi Otome H-scenes to be pretty hilarious, actually. "I drive my shuttle all the way into the docking station"

I think the point of the scene was to disturb viewers, so people who are disturbed are doing it right. 

 

I just thought the whole scene was stupid. Instead of feeling any kind of emotion for the character, I couldn't control my eyes from rolling. I felt so embarrassed for the character who was supposed to be beyond tragic, in a truly tragic VN. CTRL all the way through. It was such a forced scene and totally unnecessary. I had a hard time believing terrifying aliens would do something so cliche in bad hentais rather than the perverse minds of VN writers.
