Minna Daisuki Kozukuri Banchou question.

So after not playing Minna Daisuki Kozukuri Banchou for like half a year and coming back to it, I forgot some game mechanics. Specifically the importance of having babies. What do they do? Before i took my 6 month hiatus I apparently impregnated one of my girls and came back a little before she gives birth. Now I don't know what I should do with it or what kind of value it has.

 

The end, taken out of context, could really make me seem like an uncaring jerk.

If I recall good you can "use" them to change your special attack and it gives you some bonus (but I have a big doubt forthe lastest)

And it's unlock an ending with his mother
