Error Message for Hotch Kiss and Ato Kiss

This is what shows up when I run the game. I've checked my locale setting and it is Japanese. I've unzipped all the .rar files that were with with the torrent and I'm not sure what else I can do. Does anyone happen to know a fix to this?

Need to use cracked executables to get past the copy protection. Looks like with ato kiss it is included in the download (起動用EXE) and for hotch kiss get it from anime-sharing.
