Starting the 16th there should be a notice in game you tap on and go through the voting process. I'm stuck between my obligation with Rin and Hanayo's pleasant trip. Nozomi is a no for me because I've already been to Vegas before Also, Nozomi's not of age, you have to be 21 to go to a casino in Vegas lol
