Squished text (SOLVED)

I'm having a problem with most other visual novels where the text is all jumbled up, I try my best to ignore it but every now and then it becomes completely unreadable and its at the point where it's pissing me off, does anyone have any idea on how to fix it?

It's likely to be the font that's set incorrectly. Some vns require a particular font to display the text properly.

 

Try setting the font to MS Gothic (MS ゴシック), usually this font works properly with a lot of vns and in this case it does too (at least for me).

 

In Wanko to Kurasou you can find it under Text settings:

 

Another VN I know also has this problem is Little Busters which requires MS Gothic too.
