When I was in college, Fakku, Exhentai, and Doujin-Moe were in my tabs all the time, and when people ask me what those sites are, I was like, "it's for educational purposes". Today, I still have those tabs all the freaking time.  

My college blocks them anyway, so attempting to access them flags your account.  More of a reason why I do it is because then you have to deal with the PITA administration.  I would totally do it if they didn't block it though.  I had them on my laptop when I still used it, but because of chrome's wonderful resume feature of "tab doesn't load until you focus it", I never had to bother preventing them from connecting.

I have way too many hentai and doujin sites on my phone. My friends already know I like hentai so they pay no attention to it, mostly cause there's a furry in our group and most of the shaming is directed at him.

Also, You can get those portable wifi hotspot thingies now so you can have wifi wherever you go, so no need to worry about those website restrictions. 

I fail to see how that is functionally different than mobile data.

It really has nothing to do with being adults, it's simply because they don't want it being accessed in "a learning environment" or some shit like that.

They block websites, but they don't block search engines and other proxy bypassers. It's really pointless though. All it does is limit usage of internet for kids so I can understand the blocks and restrictions if it's an elementary school. Capable adults like college students are more well versed on the internet so putting website blocks in a COLLEGE CAMPUS is futile.

Also regarding the mobile wifi hotspots, I believe they have more data for cheap and can handle multiple devices at once. They also don't require tethering and doesn't chew battery like crazy... My job pays for my portable wifi hotspot data usage and all I had to pay was the 1-time payment of 49.99 USD for the device itself.

Because I caught an earlier bus, there was still no one from my class around the college classroom.
Since I was sitting in an empty hallway, I figured it wouldn't hurt to visit Sad Panda on my tablet and check on some hentai manga.

I still want to know how to clean pages/redraw, or do you yank the ones already *mostly* cleaned.  It's always been something I've been curious about.

It's mostly about tweaking the exposure levels to make sure you get solid colors and not a gradient of grays. The ideal is to  have a consistent #FFFFFF color on the black areas.

Redrawing is just deleting the original Japanese text and drawing the background where that text once wwas. There's several techniques for this depending on what you're redrawing but I mostly use cloning (copying and pasting the background in the areas where I deleted the text).

Ideally the scans would be perfect, but they rarely are and if you check tankoubon raws you'll see how they're usually gray looking, and a cleaner's job is to make it black and white.

That chapter was later added and marked as "fanfiction" by the author in Kawahara Wordgear site and it wasnt part of the original light novel releases. I kind of took it with a grain of salt. You can make an argument that the author did it so it must be canon but having to release it separately and tag it as "fanfiction" also can be interpreted that it's not part of the actual plot.
