Vargas Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 So nice I found this thread, following it since I have the japanese vn on the pc. Great job so far and looking forward to play this!
Emries Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 Thanks, the common route patch is a little bit delayed but you can expect it after the beta testing phase!
Blake Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 I love you guys so much Never really thought this game would get a translation.
Satsuki Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 I love you guys so much Never really thought this game would get a translation. Schnarf 1
Decay Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 a 2014 release may be a pipe dream but hopefully you guys won't give up. Good luck!
Kosakyun Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 No worry, there will always be a translation team picking up Yuzusoft's game. Whether or not they can finish translating it is another matter though. The curse is strong  That's a large amount of despair right there.
Satsuki Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 That's a large amount of despair right there. Well, I simply just stated out the fact Though I won't deny the "despair" part
OriginalRen Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Here is a community spotlight video for the English translation of Amairo Islenauts. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to hosting a "let's play" series of the common route once it is released. Â Schnarf 1
Mr Poltroon Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 Emries are you the editor for Amairo? The website says he's the 'proofreader', which I don't think is the same as an editor. But given he's the only one, it might be.
corntastic Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 The website says he's the 'proofreader', which I don't think is the same as an editor. But given he's the only one, it might be. I'm wondering if the website is just slow to update its staffing. He's been so active and in what appears to be a leadership position in this thread, I thought I'd ask.

On the first post of this thread, for example, there's no trace of him.
Emries Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 Emries are you the editor for Amairo? Schnarf and Kosakyun 2
Decay Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 This scenes need more editors with those kinds of qualifications, that's for sure. I actually feel quite a bit better about this project after reading your post. Â So you guys haven't stalled out, but just haven't updated the progress in a while?Â
Emries Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 We definitely have not stalled out. As far as I know, translators are working on each of their selected routes with Masaki route being the furthest along at about 20% done as of 10 days ago. We have 3 routes making progress simultaneously. pedropars 1

Decay Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 Â (If there's another interesting project that needs to an emergency editor / proofer, lemme know).Â
Fiddle Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 May I ask approximately how long it will take to finish "transferring the scripts to the patch"? I'm interested in beta-testing, so the hype for me is building exponentially. -_-
Eclipsed Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 No worry, there will always be a translation team picking up Yuzusoft's game. Whether or not they can finish translating it is another matter though. The curse is strongÂ
Satsuki Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 You make it sound like there's been a long series of multiple translation attempts on several of Yuzusoft's games, but isn't it just Dracu-Riot that never got finished? xD ~~ Best of luck to this translation project! More Yuzusoft is always good  Â
Kosakyun Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 You forgot Tenshin Ranman, which the leader keep telling people that they are still alive, but there is zero update for year now.
Satsuki Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 There is a seemingly dead Russian translation PJ for ExE too, if that countÂ
Decay Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Raizu hasn't been updating, huh? Been a while since I checked erojiji. I have no idea on what happened to Rozenberg's translation of Your Diary. But that's for another thread.
