Huge issue Steins;Gate

Hi,

I'm currently playing Steins;Gate and I'm following this walkthrough : http://ibm5100.net/steinswiki/2011/10/22/steinsgate-walkthrough-all-endings-100-cg-achievements/

I'm in chapter 6 and as you can see there are some choices like calling Mayuri or Luka and we can choose to make a call to a lab member later in this chapter, but I'm in the end of it and I had no choices at all. I loaded the game from an older save but I've the same problem.

Why ? It's really pathetic to have this kind of bug in a visual novel where it isn't any gameplay, I can't understand.

What can I do ?

There are no choices in the entire game so things like these are easy to miss.

 

When it says in the walkthrough you have to make a call you need to pull out the phone, open the address book and select the person you want to call.

Usually there's a cue line hinting you to use the phone. But if you don't call anyone the game will continue regardless.

 

Make sure you pay attention to what Okabe is saying and see if he thinks about calling someone, if he does then just pull out the phone and do it.

You saved my life here, I was ready to launch a New Game and re-do everything from the beginning using this slow "fast-forward".

I came across this completely by accident, in fact. Also, I thought that the phone never came out by itself unless you were being called...?

You can pull out the phone by hovering your mouse to the right side of the screen at any time as long as you have the date icon on the top left.
