Togainu no Chi Gameplay issue.

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is here. I installed the game properly, and everything works fine, up until I reach a certain frame in the game, then it freezes up and I can't continue. I've tried closing out the game, mounting and unmounting the .cue file, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. Nothing seems to help.

Your computer seems alright. so it is likely the software itself.

 

I hate to say it, but have you tried downloading/torrenting from another source? Odds are what you downloaded became/was corrupted. That would explain why it crashes are a certain point.

I haven't actually. the only place I've tried was the source provided on the main site here.

You will want to try it out on another website then, or maybe re-download from this one. Any number of things can corrupt a file, it could even be the fact that it is a cracked game.

However, now that I look at your screen, I realized I forgot to ask one very important question:

 

is your computer set to a Japanese locale?

 

 

and for safety measures, do you have a Japanese font installed?

Okay. Soo.. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game many times, I still can't get the English patch, at all. That's the best I can describe it, I've watched the video, my computer is  a windows 7 Acer. I don't know if it's the Acer brand, or something, but I've installed the english patch and followed the video, but it's still in Japanese, My computer is also set in Japanese as well. Help?
