I once made a topic, titled "My Visual Novel Collection"., 

and now I make Anime Collection, 

I actually made ​​this thread with the aim to find out how much you liked the anime and how to appreciate it.

 

for myself, I download the anime and I keep it on my harddisk.

I'm happy to download anime, any anime that I downloaded all minimum size 720p, and maximum size 1080p.

to be honest, I download the 1080p size for the type of romance and fantasy, like Clannad, Ookami(Space*Wolf),etc.For 720p size, I download to another type, such as action, harem,mecha, echi (for Echi certainly BD: D) ,etc

 

for now I already have 513 anime in some harddisk, and for anime this season, I've decided to take the 23 anime, but maybe I change my mind again: p

I completed 320+ Anime till now and I have all of them on my HDD and I have another 200-300 anime on my HDD that I plan to watch and I always download more, especially around the end of season when anime seasons end airing and then I download everything I want to watch from that season usually around 20-30 excluding OVAs and movies. As for formats it all depends from anime to anime, usually 720p and I download my favorites in 1080p but I have some smaller formats too for old anime that don't exist in better formats or/and for long anime like Naruto, Bleach etc. For a list look at my MAL profile.

 

PS: I have to go on bus I am late so don't have time to write more, will edit when I come back home.

I also have a lot of small size, but I'm update it,because for me it is the best quality, making it pleasant if the Videos clearer,but maybe it doesn't  matter too, I update it as probably a lot of free time to do so,

of course me too, for the ONA OVA OAD and movie. I download everything because maybe I'm not satisfied or less: D

 

to MAL Status, I probably will not update it because I was tired to look for and pin it

Still expanding, but that's what I've got after about two weeks of downloading. Haven't made folder icons yet for the three series currently in progress at the top, so I just used something random I found off google (or nothing). Not finished, or anywhere close really to being all the anime I've seen/intend to see, hell I don't even have all of my top ten yet, but it's a start.

I update the ones that turn to be my favorites and I always search for BRs of horror anime when they get out, other then that no, 720p is good enough too and on 21 inch monitor it doesn't really make much difference between 720p and 1080p but it does make big difference on space it occupy, so even the ones I do have in 1080p is more on a whim because they are my favorites. As for the ones I have in lower quality they are either not available in better quality as they are old and best quality there is is DVD 720x360 or they are not good enough for me to bother to update quality, and then there are those long anime witch would take far to much space for me to get them in better quality and their graphic usually isn't anything special anyway so 480p is good enough for them. And as I don't delete anything and save everything on my HDD I am always low on space anyway so I always have to buy more hard discs and with my budget 1 2TB HDD a year is max I can afford (And even that is not easy) so I am trying to not download more then that.

I'm not a collector, but I own a couple things, no anime DVDs though, so I'll just stick with anime related stuff.

 

Also a Madoka Magica T-Shirt, but I'm wearing it right now and don't feel like taking it off for a picture, so I nabbed one on Google instead

 

Mine's dark blue instead of black though.

 

Lastly, every volume of "A Certain Scientific Railgun" manga volume released in English, even though I don't like manga, but still have because I'm a fan of the series.

There's an anime convention that comes to my town each year around March. I'm very new to anime and stuff (I started anime back at the end of 2012), so this year's was my first one I went to, so I just had to buy those wall scrolls. I've had the T-Shirt for about a year though, there's an anime store on the other side of town that sells stuff like this regularly.

I have a 2TB NAS and its is loaded with anime, VNs, and porn. Half the reason i got it was to store anime and VNs. Of course i like to rewatch anime some times.

Collections!!!! one of the reason my outcome were higher than income, yet i still love buyin things.

For anime i downloaded all of em and store in my external HDD.

inside each folder there will be another 2 folders, 1 for sub and another for raw anime.

 

i own some BD for Anime that i love, For example Persona 4 and Haganai.

 

Other than Bd`s i do own some figures

i still have some Nendos,Wallscrolls and Dakimakuras but i`m too lazy to take a pics of it.

i'm have 3 Ex HDD, 2 with size 1 TB, and one with 500 GB.

Yup...i watched all my animes on Sub for the first time..and 2nd time and so on i`ll watching it Raw.

and i have 1 2tb and 2 1tbs, and i ordered another one of 2 tb HDD.

so yeah even with all my animes and eroges, i still have lots n lots of free space.
