Since in Muv-Luv Extra he was at his last year in high school so he is at the age of 18 by the end of the visual novel. Just be sure to read through EXTRA/UNLIMITED before hitting Alternative. Quote

Alredy played, although he is an adult I was looking for characters that alredy passed the school scenario, muvluv is still quite centered in that.
