Hello, Good-Bye activation code?

After I installed Hello, Good-Bye, when Itried to run the game, it asked me an activation code even if I used an injected crack it still ask me the activation code, I tried to google it but find nothing... Anybody could help me please?

This was really helpful thanks! The whole "Japanese operating system" workaround was a hassle. It's interesting too because Prism Rhythm, a game that was released later in the Lump of Sugar lineup, didn't have this problem.
