Thermae Romae is very unappreciated, in my opinion.

 

Then, to reiterate a popular opinion, Cromartie High School is great. Also, if you're a native English speaker, it's one of few anime in which relatively many agree that the dub is better than the sub. If you watch it and like the type of humor it has, I recommend The Daily Life of High School Boys (Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou) and Detrioit Metal City.
