Satsuki Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 Threw all the clutter into different folders... Out of sight, out of mind. I'm amazed that you can find what you need from that mess Quote
rapid motion Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 THE CALL Seven hundred and fifty responses. Can you believe that? This is one of the oldest threads on Fuwa, and one of the most beloved. It's a classic from Snowtsuku back in the early days. How unfortunate, how sad, then, that it has been called to die. Your crisis, dear citizens of the coliseum, awaits in the Arena. You have seven days. Okay, so in order to honor it I shall post my desktop one last time~ Quote
SilverLi Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Let's celebrate. A few of my desktop pictures I am rotating with. Recycle bin free. Quote
Ayana Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Here's my current desktop which I've had for years because I'm unnaturally obsessed: Not to worry, today is a day like any other. I'm used to this. Quote
Totodile Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Well my entry is fucked. Dual monitors with a 30 wallpaper slideshow each. No icons and the toolbar is on autohide. Quote
Blizzard884 Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Well well well... I can see that a lot of people keep their desktop nice and tidy, but of course there are also many of you guys that have a complete mess. xD I think my desktop is under category MESS, but not too messy (or at least I know where everything is) Well, you decide Quote
Tyrael Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Had to change my background in celebration for the release of Tsukimonogatari... Gibberish 1 Quote
Roach Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Icons bother me to no end. If I knew how, I'd hide the recycle bin too. Right-click on desktop > Personalization > Change Desktop Icons > Un-tick Recycle Bin . Or if isn't there (I'm not really familiar with Windows , go to Control Panel and search "desktop icons." There should be something like "Show or hide common icons on desktop." Unrelated note: First Tay change his avatar, and then Zaka, and now you? We are doomed! -_- Quote

No need for all that stress, just right click>click view> uncheck "show desktop icons and voila Quote
Snowtsuku Posted January 4, 2015 Author Posted January 4, 2015 I'm starting to feel bothered by the fact that this thread is two years old and yet I have the same wall paper with the one posted in the OP. Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 I'm starting to feel bothered by the fact that this thread is two years old and yet I have the same wall paper with the one posted in the OP. Such a shame I can't see the image in the OP... Quote
Pyonnu Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 This is how I usually keep my desktop, though I sometimes replace Flandre with Nekoreimu I would love to figure out how to rotate/flip winamp and rainmeter skins. I've been playing around the settings and I can't figure it out. I may just be as blind as Lilly though Quote
DrKleiner Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Here's mine: Yeah I know, no anime wallpaper. I'm a big Mass Effect fag. (Also the empty trashcan should calm Lewy's trashcan fetish) Quote
rapid motion Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 put my wallpapers to switching every hour again: Quote
Ryechu Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 I cleaned up the desktop since the Judgement, because this didn't allow me much space. So most of the shortcuts I've moved to "Desktop Stuff". I adore this picture. Quote
sub-zer0 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 not gonna show up huh, then this is it http://imgur.com/JIHGvoL IF anyone acutally knows who these people are in my background picture, I would be really impressed since this requires some extensive knowledge. I have seen many fellow gamer's desktops and it seems all the frequently showing up ones are the good ones, also happy that I'm not the only WH40k fan here. I have too many folders and stuff on the desktop for rainmeter, won't look good and I'm too lazy to clean it out just to take a screenshot. Quote
