Sup to you guys, you're all awesome, nerds but awesome nerds. I got into this VN thing a while back, like about a year or so now as a way to suppress my perverted tendencies (a dramatic failure). I have a soft spot for a good harem if the main isn't a total spineless beanbag and will literally flip shit if i see boobs that weigh more than i do. I read manga and watch anime in my spare time but most of the popular ones are pretty lame so i'm on the lookout for something else to watch. In the meantime i'm re-watching Initial D and some of those 12 episode killers like Hagure Yuusha No Estetica  ^_^ .  

Feel free to recommend some good VNs and anime though, i'm always up for something good, preferably with 

more action and less wimp, fanservice and excessive plot circulation around boobs *cough* Highschool DxD *cough*

I seriously want to but last time i checked it wasn't fully translated. Since my pet translator retired i would hate to start it and be unable to complete it.

I would have to say it's somewhere between Grisaia no Kajitsu, G-senjou no Maou, Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shoujo to name a few off the top of my head but i'm not sure i have an ABSOLUTE favorite. If it's good then i love it.

With them being Rewrite, Symphonic Rain, Narcissu, True Remembrance and Little Busters!

Fate/stay night is a must play. It is nothing like the anime thing that carries its name. Hopefully it wil finally have the unlimited blade works route adapted next season.

And we just have a new patch that has translated the realta nua version of the game. (wich is an all ages game so it does away with the H stuff and replaces it by something else)

Tsukihime Another must play, and no this one does not have a anime adaption.

Muv Luv series, now Muv Luv extra is not that good and Unlimited is merely good but alternative is definitly a must read and to understand it completely you need to have read these two first.

(I so hope muv luv alternative get's an anime adaption at some point)

All of these are some of the vn flagships so i can garantee they are good.

As for a good anime withhout whimps for a protag and sometimes a bit ecchi.

I have read True Remembrance which was a tearjerker for sure, Rewrite and little busters are on my ever growing waiting list though so i might get around to them in about December/January.

Except that it does Havoc, Shingetsutan Tsukihime it's roughly based on Arcueid's route, you could say that it's a butchered story but it's still Tsukihime's anime adaptation.
