So I'm having some problems :O

Every time i try and run Fate/Stay Night these always pop up

I've already tried the non-Unicode thing but it didn't work? what am i doing wrong

Right click on the folder where the game is then go to properties and where it says attributes make sure the "read only" box is not checked.
