[Recruiting] Image Editors & Proofreaders needed for Akaya Akashiya Ayakashino!

Hi everyone,

 

Our team has been working on an English patch for Akaya Akashiya Ayakashino (http://vndb.org/v5841) and we are looking for Image Editors and Proofreaders!

 

Requirements:

For Proofreaders:

- Native speaker or good level of English (able to correct grammatical errors, rephrase unnatural lines, etc.)

- Understanding the overall attitude of characters (we will provide more information on it)

For Image Editors:

- Knowledge of Photoshop, GIMP, or other image editing programs

- Aside from cleaning, some redrawing might be needed

The VNDB page does not mention anything about the length... How many lines are there in total?

I'm interested in helping with the image editing. I think I know my way around Photoshop enough to tackle the cleaning work. Though I'm not really sure about redrawing. I don't really know what that entails. I guess I can do basic stuff, but I'm not really an artist or anything.

Anyway, here is an example using the image above, cleaned up and ready for the translated text. Stuff like that is easy enough.

Could I try and help out? If it counts for anything, I'm a stickler for correct grammar and coherent lines, I believe I am able to judge a fictional character's personality well and I have actually worked a bit with GIMP before, as well as Photoshop.

 

Although I honestly think The Major does it better than me.

 

Is there something that I must do to prove I am worthy of this honor?
