[SOLVED] Comyu .exe error

I keep getting a syntax error every time I try to run the .exe file, anyone know how to fix it?

If you get a syntax error try changing your system locale to Japanese if you already haven't.

My PC's been set to Japan locale for about 2 years now so that's a non-issue.

Tried the wordpress files twice now, still not working >.> Thanks for trying though, the game just doesn't seem to want to work for me.

There seems to be an issue with some 32 bit installs. I had to fix it to even run in 64 bit win 8.

The WordPress stuff seems to help 32 bit systems

It is meant to fix some issues for 32 and 64bit.

I'm running 64bit so that could explain why the wordpress link isn't doing anything for me.
Still nobody who knows how to fix this?

What patch? I just went off the download on the Fuwanovel main site, and tried the wordpress link. The English patch seems to already be included in the download, since there's an 'engpatch_uninstall' exe file in the folder already.

 

EDIT: Redownloading the game seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the help though, everyone!
