General vn plotline ideas - Discussion

A quick time-traveling story with a group of friends:

 

Friends spend their idle days together...

Protagonist dies at end of common route...

Time rewinds to beginning of common route, and respective route begins...

The chosen heroine becomes the first-person for the second part of the story, and her respective route...

The whole group of friends have still have memories of the previous days before the timeslip...

Yet the protagonist doesn't remember any of it, including the fact that he died once...

Drama begins! B)

 

 

Just wanted to write this up to get it out of my system.

Anyone else can feel free to go ahead and post their ideas as well.

Y'know, this synopsis is exactly how I thought Rewrite would go.

Oh I have an idea for a Nakige kinetic novel that I've been ironing out for a few months now. I probably wont ever see it through so I'll just share the idea with the community

Took me a while to write it up in a more coherent way. Well here goes nothing~

 

Characters: The female lead is a dandere, quiet -black haired- girl in public but is more open when in private with the male lead. She comes from a wealthy family and is always seen driven to school in some nice car. I haven't developed the male lead as much but he's an outgoing/popular attention getter.

 

Plot Development: The two main characters meet in an awkward situation right before graduating high school and they become close friends (perhaps a cliché of him jumping from the sidewalk to push her out of the way of getting hit by a car as she crosses the road. She falls on top of him and their eyes meet). Forward to university. They both attend the same school where they are always seen together but only in groups. The reader sees they are closer when in private

 

Climax: After a day of them being together the female lead says goodbye a gets into the car she is always driven in. The climax is where the female lead gets into a car accident. The male lead hears an accident on a radio broadcast where the one of the vehicles matches the car he always sees her get into. The broadcast says that a passenger in one of the cars is seriously injured and all involved were taken to a hospital. The male lead (and reader) think she is the one who is seriously injured but we come to find out that it was really the passenger of the other car. The male lead is very scared and his friendship with the girl flashes before his eyes. He eventually finds her and she is only a little banged up. He realizes how deep his feelings really are after the scare, he confesses, and the two become a couple.

 

Any suggestions or ideas?

I'm in the middle of writing one... the brainstorming phase finished about two weeks ago, and I'm about thirty pages worth of single-spaced font 10 text lines into it, lol (prologue is almost done).  It's a post-apocalyptic fantasy story with elements drawn from the thousands of different stories I've read over my thirty-something years of life as well as being colored by my fondness for dark fantasy, metamorphosis, and violence.

And does that happen in a matter of days? I think the story rushed the development between the two. Also its going to be about that they cant be togueter because he causes the female lead bad luck? That would be cool.

I wonder how you'll be making the story progress.

I'm okay with the story, but I'm still wondering how you'll do things after they become a couple.

Or you're not going to continue it after that?

 

It seems short. But then again, I guess it's a summary of everything that could happen.

I think it would be good, if the story would expand and stuff. It would be nice to see their everyday life. And to have something between them that could testify to their strong bond.
