Run game error

I have problem every I try to run the exe. It always appear notification like this 

 

Even I already change the language. What should I do now? Please help me. On my VN I downloaded 3 days ago, I can only play on red mark (except for Suikogaiden because I have PSX Emu so I'm sure I can play it)

Best solution: Throw fuwa release in a trash bin, get original files, install them and then apply translation patch ^__^

But in this particular case with Mirai no Uta, deleting savedata folder before starting VN should help.
