Ao no Kanata no Four Rhythm Gets Anime!

Looks like Sprite is going have their 2nd anime after Koichoco. Even though the full version of the visual novel is still not release yet, they already announced that it's going to have an anime adaptation.

 

I only played the demo version of the game (Ep. 1-3). I can say that it has a good story.

Well hopefully the anime studio that´s adapting this will do everything right, because VN anime adaptations are known for their pacing issues

Funny since the game got delayed for two months and isn't even released yet. I played the demo and I'm not expecting much. They should really fix the disabled prt scn control too.

Note that this is as far away from a guarantee as it gets, just some idle musings from dovac, but it seems like he wants to go after VNs that get adaptations pretty aggressively to cash in on name recognition, and if SP does pick up Four Rhythm after all, that might be cool. That's assuming it's good, of course. Koichoco was alright, but there were some things I didn't like so much.

I'm eager for the rest of the translation patch for Koichoco myself. If SP did go after the rights for Sprite titles, I'm a bit fearful of how that will affect the status of the translation project.

I have been hyped for the VN for a while, I have times that I just listen to the OP all day. But anime adaptations are meh. So I'm not likely to even bother with this one.
