Cyrillej1 Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Damn, I guess you're pretty popular, huh? Confession: Nope, not at all... I'm very introverted & a homebody buut~ when I know how I feel, I like to show it if it's a positive thing~ Telling someone you like them, isn't a bad thing, I think. Quote

Abyssal Monkey Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 confession: im really happy to see a lot of peopld confessing their love lately. Im not alone. I've seen too many moege say that spring is the season of love. Confession: This is the first time I'm actually quoting a VN for something literally mundane. It feels pretty good too. Quote
Shoon-kami Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Nice to know I'm not the only one here who has never had a girlfriend. Confession: During my junior year in highschool, I discovered that I can't see real life girls as romantic interests. The farthest I can go is thinking of them like the sisters I never had. Quote

Welcome to the club, you are a rank 2 member. 2 for 2D as you have just claimed you will never commit to the third dimension. Confession: I'm starting to get seriously hyped about making this a thing. I really should start a thread about it for laughs. Quote

Confession: I'm starting to get seriously hyped about making this a thing. I really should start a thread about it for laughs. We had a 2D vs 3D thread once... it ended poorly. Although now that one of the two people who caused that thread to be locked is gone it might work better. Confession: as much as I might complain in this thread about being forever alone it doesn't bother me nearly as much as it used to, I guess I've come to terms with it or something. Eclipsed Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Tch. Why does it have to be one or the other 2D vs. 3D I choose both! ~~ 'Fession: I have a fear of popping balloons. Like you can get a balloon & a needle and motion that you are going to pop the balloon and I get shivers all over Quote

Flutterz Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Confession: I'm pretty sure people's first impression of me is that I'm nice, but once they get to know me they realize I'm kind of a dick. Quote
Eclipsed Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 ^ Dw, Ren told me the same thing recently, though replace dick with troll I'm a goody two shoes IRL though. Quote
Flutterz Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 ^ Dw, Ren told me the same thing recently, though replace dick with troll I'm a goody two shoes IRL though. Well trolling is a form of being a dick, which is why Ren hates me now. Quote
Abyssal Monkey Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Confession: I'm actually a really boring person. I fake being interesting, but after you get to know me, you'll find that I can't hold a decent conversation because I've run out of things to talk about. Quote
Suzu Fanatic Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Confession: I'm actually a really boring person. I fake being interesting, but after you get to know me, you'll find that I can't hold a decent conversation because I've run out of things to talk about. Nah, it just means you have specific tastes I kinda suffer the same thing - I can barely hold a conversation with my family or most "strangers" in RL (unless it's about the news or garbage smalltalk), because my "real" interests are video games, anime, etc~ When I can talk to someone that shares my interests, I have a hard time shutting up lol. Confession: Me, now being in my mid 30's - have found I don't need to be with another to be content. I used to hang out at bars and partied with friends all the time, and would worry about if things would work out or not between me and "girl x", but honestly I think there was far more drama and headaches then actual "good" moments, lol. Hate to admit it, but for the last few years I feel I get enough joy and feeling out of stories (VNs, anime, books, etc) to keep my heart warm. But perhaps that's "easy for me to say" - I have had the rare luxery to have loved and been loved. They say "it is better to have loved and lost, then to have never loved at all". There are many who are not as fortunate. Maybe age has cooled off my hormones and I just don't care on a instinctual level, or I really am alright just being by myself (and with a small handful of friends) - but I find I am happy with who I am, and the path I am walking - even if that path is a little more quiet then it is for some others. huh, a little more longwinded and preachy than I meant it to be, but ah well. Eclipsed Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 @Flutterz let's see how long it takes until I get on Ren's bad side I'm more of a tease troll than a toxic troll though. I think. @Abyssal ikr. I envy those people that are able to talk about the randomnest things / keep a conversation going. Enthusiastically too. Me? My mind's just going like 'Uhhh fk. What do I say now >.> x 9999' and I get stuck in those awkward silence moments. Quote

Some people can be fun around whoever they're with. Most people though, require a certain mix of chemistry around the other person to bring out their fun side. I'm pretty mellow (despite carrying a bipolar label) so I mix well with someone that has a high energy / zest for life. Quote
Shoon-kami Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 When I first meet someone, I always want them to start the conversation first, and I listen, occasionally nodding my head, because I have no idea what to say. I'm actually quite a chatty individual, but only around those I call my friends, to the point that some would think I was a completely different person. My closest friendships started because someone either said, or had something related to anime or a game I liked. Quote
