Flutterz Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Confession: green apple juice is the best kind of juice, sadly the USA (and by extension, Canada) don't seem to realize this and it's impossible to find apple juice that isn't red apple juice, unless you go to a Russian store and buy it imported from Russia. Edit: Confession 2: I read the title of this thread http://forums.fuwanovel.net/index.php?/topic/9571-memos-in-threads/ as "Memes in threads" Quote
Wonderfullyevil Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Confession: I really think that alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs are stuff that I won't be touching. Videogames, on the other hand, will probably be my money sink. Probably be? Or already is? Confession: I keep listening to the music of this. --> loli.dance Confession2: I know someone named Ilya. Aniki Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 I think most of your confessions don't sound like confessions at all. True confessions should be against popular opinion or plain embarrassing. Quote
Flutterz Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Confession2: I know someone named Ilya. Confession: So do I. Confession 2: Sometimes I wish my social anxiety was worse because as it stands I get really anxious in social situations but not to the point that I can't do anything, so I don't have that excuse to avoid them. (and yes, I know that crippling social anxiety is terrible and if I had it I'd probably wish I had the kind I do now, but that's just how it feels sometimes) Quote

Flutterz Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Confession: I nearly drowned in a rip current several years ago. If anyone is interested I might post more details tomorrow, not that there's way too much more to it than "got caught in rip current, almost drowned, didn't drown". Quote
Eclipsed Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 ^Screw the details I'm just glad you're alive. Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Confession: My mother jumped into a pool in her wedding dress because her dumb son who didn't know how to swim decided to go and fall into the pool. Quote
Flutterz Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Confession: My mother jumped into a pool in her wedding dress because her dumb son who didn't know how to swim decided to go and fall into the pool. >your mother >her dumb son Anyway, my parents and I rented a pedal boat in Greece and went kind of far out in it (even though the people who rented it told us not to, because it was pretty windy that day), and my dad and I jumped out to swim about a little. We really quickly realized that my mom, who was still on the pedal boat, was being carried away by the current, but because her hearing isn't that great she couldn't hear us yelling at her to pedal toward us, and us waving our hands in the water didn't really carry the point across very well. She figured it out after a while and started pedaling, but it was a two-seater and she wasn't strong enough to beat the current alone, and my dad and I couldn't catch up to her despite her fighting the current, plus there was already quite a bit of distance between us, so we started swimming to shore. It took us like a good 15-20 minutes to swim to a huge rock that was sticking out of the water about two thirds of the way to shore, after taking a short break we swam to shore (the current wasn't as strong there) and told the lifeguards or whoever to go save my mom, which they did. It's amazing what humans can do under pressure, usually when I'm swimming or running I'm dead tired after 5 minutes, tops. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 >your mother >her dumb son >in her wedding dress >Wedding dress >Son Not judging Anyway, I went to a psychiatrist for the first time ever today. I have issues with concentrating on my homework and I keep forgetting what I learn in class (tldr for being a lazy ass, but not before) It was weeeeeeird. Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 >your mother >her dumb son My mother has one son and two daughters. I meant what I said. >in her wedding dress >Wedding dress >Son Not judging I've never really thought about it but I guess they did have two children before marrying... Quote
Cyrillej1 Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Confession: I was once in a possibly life threatening situation with two other friends before. It was night time as we were walking towards our parked car, some random guy approached one of my friend with what seemed like a concealed gun demanding his wallet. My other friend nearby them just froze still when she saw what was happening. I was a bit further back, so I yelled & threatened that I was calling the cops to get his attention on me instead, and ran towards the well-lit street with cars going by holding my phone. I swear, my heart was pumping so hard when I sensed him chasing after me. In my mind, I seriously thought he might shoot or stab me from behind or something. But then, he just ran by glaring at me and continued the other way. The three of us scrambled into the car and drove away from there as fast as we could, in case he decided to come back or something. That's probably the scariest thing that ever happened to me so far. Quote

Your life hangs on a thread by the mercy or mercilessness of the other person. Who knows what can of action you could provoke to get them to shoot you. I'm glad you're still alive and everyone else was safe. It sounded like you saved the day too. Confession: I feel like there isn't a person in my life I could be honest to anymore as far what kind of life I lead. My parents aren't aware that they have a grand child out there somewhere. My ex believes I'm still in love with her and I'm not just in it for the child. She doesn't know I'm a sex addict. One person knows I took a married woman out on an affair 3 years ago, and left a kid with her but he has memory problems. Every one else thinks I was with a single lady. No one knows I spend 2 grand a month drinking lights out. My boss isn't aware that the vacation I'm taking is a permanent job quit from him. Everyone I talk to now, I have to change the story a bit to fit with them. So far, I've still kept all my tracks covered and everyone still believes I don't know how to lie. Each year I have to weave a bigger story and connect it with all the past ones. It's getting tiresome. Quote

Well, I got kind of yelled at for what I did by some family relatives xD... they said I was being reckless, and should have just quietly handed over all our money, etc. because our lives were more important. Honestly, I wasn't really thinking too much when it was happening... it was like adrenaline rush, and I just did what I thought I needed to do at that moment to get us out of the situation. Yeah, we're lucky nothing happened to any of us. So you were robbed at gunpoint before? How did that happen, if it's okay to ask? About your confession.. Maybe you can try to find someone you could be really honest with? Doesn't it get lonely if you have to keep hiding things? Well, you have us on fuwa to listen to you ;o. crunchytaco 1 Quote

A friend of mine is also into gun collecting.. he has many different kinds and equipments for 'em. He even has like old army guns and such. Seems like a really expensive hobby to have. I don't really get it, but hey, if it makes him happy collecting them~. He let me try out some of them, just to see what it'd be like to shoot one and also know how to handle one if I ever needed to (hope not, but it doesn't hurt to learn I think). I tried a shotgun, rifle, and pistol. I think I prefer the pistol if I had to use one, since the other two were really heavy . It was a lot harder to aim than I thought... definitely not like a video game, lol. I shot at empty cans. Quote

Mr Poltroon Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Confession: When I was about 3 years old, I took my fathers wallet and threw it out the veranda onto the street. I then went to call him, pointed toward the veranda and said "It vlew!" (mispronounced "flew", in Portuguese it's be "voou" -> "Boou"). It took a bit of interrogation before they figured out it was the wallet full of cards and money that had been sent flying into the middle of the road. Quote
