Short answer is no.  There is nothing else that is precisely like Majikoi, though all of Minato-soft's games share a certain... style.

Edit:  Oh, in a really weird way, the Tiny Dungeon series by Rosebleu imitates it in some respects (large cast, capable - if somewhat less intelligent, more determined - protagonist, powerful friends, a great balance between comedy and seriousness... Rosebleu is great at making me laugh.  One problem is that there are four games in the main series and none of them are translated.  Another is that it is set in a fantasy world.  Also, it is a harem series... all the girls love the protagonist, and he definitely isn't monogamous.  This isn't a nukige series though.  Not enough H for that.

Edit2:  There is a focus for each of the first three games.  The first is focused on Veil, the daughter of the Dark Lord (female) of the demon race.  The second is focused on Ururu, the loli leader of the dragons.  The third is focused on Note, the daughter of the leader (female) of the race of the gods.  The fourth game brings the main series to a dramatic conclusion, and the fifth is a long aftermath that is basically a harem ending (with story and continued hilarity).  The actual length of all five together is about equivalent to Majikoi..

Damn, majikoi must indeed be a needle in the haystack if these veterans with hundreds of VNs under their belt say that nothing is like it.

I'll increase majikoi's priority in my to-read list :D

Like Eclipsed said, that is pretty incredible that even Clephas couldn't give a good recommendation  ... The only visual novel I've seen that draws relatively close comparisons to Majikoi is Little Busters, but it has infrequent h scenes, and I'm not sure how large the cast is outside of the group of friends similar to the Kazuma family. Majikoi has a lot of similarities to Little Busters, though... That much seems certain.

TD was really meh, characters way too flat. Brings back an old joke about TD3, stare straight at her eyes for 30 seconds, then zoom out, you'll see a monster.

Mmm... it is more that other companies have determined that imitating Majikoi's style on the same scale is impossible, so they just don't even try.

I think he's more talking about how they followed it up with a sequel and five side-stories over the last few years. It's no question they're milking the Majikoi franchise specifically. Seems like they'll finally let it rest after A-5, though.

Is Tsuyokiss really the same world? I figure the Minato Soft world was just inspired by it and not actually the same universe. And that's mostly because it's the same creator.

It is the same.  You get references to each other in the latest games fairly often, if you've read the later Tsuyokiss games and the first Majikoi sequel/FD.  Believe me, there are certain parts that make it undeniably recognizable...
