Mr Poltroon Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 And by this I don't mean VN's where I can remove the voices, I mean VN's which do not have any voices. No VN's with a voice patch either. I'd usually justify my request right around now, but not today. Edit: I cannot read Japanese, as you can probably figure from my VNDB. Thank you in advance for your help. Quote
Okami Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 I wanted to say Katawa Shoujo and Amarante but I see they are both on your list already. Quote
Heizei_koukousei Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 You asking for completely unvoiced VNs is analogous to purchasing sugar-free candy Mahoutsukai no Yoru Yachoukitan Quote
Schnarf Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 brass restoration isn't voiced i believe Quote
Guest Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 In most games you can turn off voices.(My bad, I didn't read correctly) I guess, if you turn them off, it becomes a voiceless VN \o/ Read Clannad Quote

I guess, if you turn them off, it becomes a voiceless VN \o/ Read Clannad I'll read Clannad when I buy it. And for that I need to wait a while. I've also already said that turning off the voices will not do. Though practically, it's almost the same thing. Quote
Nyanko Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni Rose Guns Days You already read Tsukihime so, Kagetsu Tooya ? Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted November 29, 2014 Author Posted November 29, 2014 You already read Tsukihime so, Kagetsu Tooya ? Kagetsu Tooya's also there. But thanks anyways. Should've guessed that writer would make more stuff with no voices. Quote
Fiddle Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Lonely Yuri. I feel as if I'm the only person who enjoyed it, though. -_- Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted November 29, 2014 Author Posted November 29, 2014 Lonely Yuri. I feel as if I'm the only person who enjoyed it, though. -_- Oh don't worry, I did too. It's right there on my list for all to gape at. Quote

Sakuya doesn't have any voices at all. It's still being translated though^^ but you could try it when it's finished. Quote
arakura Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Dude, I'm on the same boat I think. I prefer unvoiced vns, but I can never resist the urge to hear the voices, and once you hear them then their voice has been decided for you. Are you similar? Anyway, most OELVNs arent voiced, I believe. I really seriously liked Dra+Koi, wch wasnt voiced I believe. side comment - I didnt like Lonely Yuri much at all.. I actually kind of actively disliked the idea behind it, but it wasnt an unenjoyable experience Quote
Funyarinpa Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Do I even need to say 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors? Quote

Carronade Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Quartett, Higanbana, Banshee's last cry. Quote
Blick Winkel Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Train of Afterlife it's an unvoiced VN as you want, also with a good plot and storytelling. Quote
zoom909 Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Mirai no Kimi to Subete no Uta ni Rin ga Utau Mirai no Neiro Mirai no Uta to Tsunagaru Hitomi Quote
Clephas Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Too bad no Japanese... otherwise I'd recommend Abyss Homicide Club. Quote
Ryechu Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 I would like to suggest that you read the Phoenix Wright series. SURELY YOU HAVE NOT READ THAT?! Kana ~Imouto~ This one is good, especially if you like incest themes. Mirai no Kimi to Subete no Uta ni Rin ga Utau Mirai no Neiro Mirai no Uta to Tsunagaru Hitomi All of the vocaloid stuff is really cute. Non-H, each one takes a couple hours maximum. I'm also going to shamelessly plug the Sukisho! series, but it's BL . Quote
j2.dless Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Choose the retro games... There are a lot of unvoiced VNs... Fuwanovel have link to a site that lets you play these said games... http://tss.asenheim.org/ I recommend true love, nocturnal illusion, and paradise heights... XD Quote
hellish Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Too bad no Japanese, otherwise I'll definitely recommend 428 ~Fuusa Sareta Shibuya de~, a critically acclaimed VN that received a score of 40/40 from famitsu, yet largely ignored by western community. Quote

Carronade Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 YU-NO, I believe, did not initially have voice on the PC98 But there's a voicepatch for it on pc, and for some obscure reasons, beyond the comprehension of mortal men, he doesn't want that. Quote
