guys i wanna try play this VN https://vndb.org/v13224/chars#chars but its seem only in Japan Ver.

I found a lot of translation program but I don't know how to use it and which one is better 

Can someone help me and teach me how to instal it also link for translation program.

installing that game is the same for all other programs,as for the translation program , none of those things exist , use agth and atlas if you want to read this in english , also be sure to change into japanese locale

Hm. It appears ITH is unable to hook the game properly, and I couldn't find a custom hook for the game either online. You're out of luck unless you can find someone willing to create a custom hook for it.
