Eclipsed Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Hahahaha, thats because every time there is a magic arc you get introduced to new characters, where in the science side you see the repeat characters far more often causing a buildup of bias in who you like. I firmly believe this, because the people who I've talked to who have read the novels have little issues with the magic side. Hehehe, spot on. Episode 19 of Index and already we get Accelerator back and OMG!@# MISAKA 20001 / Last Order <3 Also, you might as well finish railgun anime, even if it's "filler", its written to in universe laws and plays off the concepts written about in the books (even if they only get explained later on chronologically). Wasn't stalling it because it was filler, but rather cuz I don't want Mikoto's perspective of the story to end yet >.> so I'm planning on doing Index S1+S2 and then finishing off Railgun S with a good ol' dosage of Saten-san baseball batting robots (ty for spoiler NB -_-) Quote
Nosebleed Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 It's not a spoiler, Saten-san is always awesome. "Don't have an appearance in the main Index series? Look at me giving a shit as a I plow through all these walking chunks of metal" Well, tonight i'm going to start Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku. *puts on feels helmet* Let's do this. Eclipsed 1 Quote

Fred the Barber Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 I would watch Railgun S2 finale just to see Saten-san beat up robots with a baseball bat. Quote
Fred the Barber Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 I'm on episode 11 of Sukitte Ii na yo. Nice little romance show, but nothing special. I liked how the male lead isn't some aloof jerkface. That's appreciated. Quote
Kosakyun Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 All these talk about Railgun S. Frenda is best girl. Fite me m8s. Now then, still watching Kimi ni Todoke S2. MY GOD THE NUMBER OF MISUNDERSTANDINGS. I JUST CAN'T---- And oh. My version had a broadcast of the earthquake in Japan last 2011. Which is why I need to download Episode 10 again. Whelp. That sucks. Great scene, but the grim reminder of the tragedy struck Sawako's face. With that in the way, I couldn't feel the whole thing. Since it's funny if the person talking has a map on their face. Quote
SoulJustIn Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 i wonder why i feel incomplete when i finish Ao Haru Ride.......... no really a ending ..... more like "it just begin....." (episode 12) if between Ao Haru Ride & Kimi no todoke.... I vote kimi no todoke . Quote

Suzu Fanatic Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Just finished Gosick. Was really moving, and they took it in directions I initially did not expect. A really good 1v1 love story. <3 SoulJustIn 1 Quote

SoulJustIn Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Hope for it is the only thing we can do. That being said, I haven't watched that. Suzu Fanatic 1 Quote
Ceris Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 I haven't seen Kimi no Iru Machi, but I loved Ao Haru Ride, was one of my favorite things that aired that season. Quote

havoc Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 just finished fate/zero, a fantasic ride. But nomatter what i still cant stand that scene with sakura. As for matou zouken that about sums my feelings up of that guy. Still sad he only dies a miserable death in one route of fate/stay night. fate really needed a fourth route wich leads to the situation in hollow atraxia, which in my eyes is the best: Sakura saved and still having powers, Matou's dead as a doornail and rider alive (for some reason i really like her, to me she is more or less equal to saber) granted haven't read the whole of hollow atraxia yet, infact never started it after i ran trough a partial patch for it. Now onto Isekai no seikishi to wash away the slight depression i got from the ending offate zero. ExtraMana 1 Quote
ExtraMana Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Cowboy Bepop I'm trying to go through all the classics so long as they actually entertaining. I.e not Neon Genesis Evangelion. Feel free to recommend some classics. Quote
GetterEmperor Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Tetsujin 28 is radical AF. The first couple episodes with the revival of Tetsujin and Professor Franken's past were pretty emotional they actually made me cry a bit. Quote

Based on what Sakura said he is slowly becoming a senile old man though, so I guess it is still fine Quote

Haibane Renmei is a personal favorite, and at 13 years is probably old enough to be called a classic, but it might not be what you're looking for. Quote
Fred the Barber Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 Now then, still watching Kimi ni Todoke S2. MY GOD THE NUMBER OF MISUNDERSTANDINGS. I JUST CAN'T---- Kimi ni Todoke definitely gets painful at times. I had to take a long break between seasons 1 and 2 because I got a bit fed up with how dense the main characters are. I found Wagnaria/Working!! to be the perfect comedic counter-balance to the Kimi ni Todoke blues. Quote
Eclipsed Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 Finished Index, starting Index II. I've warmed up to the magic side shenanigans after Angel Fall arc / Episodes 15-17 (that was some fun stuff going on *cough* Kuroko for president *cough* ) though a part of me still wishes the magic side never existed and the story could just focus on science side instead of shifting back and forth arc after arc (obvious bias is obvious). So far it's just Touma getting caught up in both sides helping them out with whatever AKA Touma helping magic vs. magic or Touma helping science vs. science, but what I would really like to see is some legit magic vs. science, but I guess that'll be waaay later on huh (post-Index II / novels). ~~ Episode 18 is probably my favorite episode out of Index; I finally ship Touma x Mikoto after that Quote
